Rogue is an early stage download manager is being developed by Rasty.
This policy covers the waitlist at rogue.rasty.uk.

What we collect

By signing up for the waitlist, you provide us with your email address.
We do not collect any other personal information, We do not use cookies or track any behavior on our website.

Why we collect it

Your email is used solely to notify you of upcoming changes to Rogue launches or when there's a new beta build available. We will not send you marketing emails, newsletters, or anything unrelated to Rogue.

Where it's stored

Email addresses are stored securely using industry-standard database infrastructure that is GDPR compliant.

Who has access

Your email is never sold, shared, rented, or disclosed to any third party. Only the Rogue developer (Rasty) has access to the waitlist.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your email from the waitlist at any time
• Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@rasty.uk and we will respond within 7 days.

Data retention

Your email is kept until Rogue launches. After launch, it will be deleted unless you have opted into further communications.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
